Help Desk 24 hours/7 days a week (in English – Mondays from 18:00 to 22:00; in Russian –
Tuesdays from 18:00 to 22:00; in Ukrainian - Wednesdays from 18:00 to 22:00)


Advice via instant messenger including sign language in Mondays from 13:00 to 15:00


Legal and Psychological consultations - Mondays and Tuesdays from 12:00 to 16:00, Wednesdays from 16:00 to
20:00
